The cellar at Emeril’s has the distinction of being cultivated for over 30 years. This unbroken history has put us in the unique position of being able to offer wines spanning the better part of the last century. Accordingly, the depth and breadth of verticals contained within this list is its most striking aspect.
Emeril’s first earned the coveted Wine Spectator Grand Award in 1999. This accolade marks this collection as one of the world’s top wine lists. It denotes an elevated approach to service, a dedication to proper storage, and a thoughtful through line for organizing and growing the selections. This distinction would not be possible without the dedication of the seasoned staff and management and the work of all those that have preceded us over the last three decades. We are both humbled and proud to carry that honor to this day.
